Wind Alert….Wind Alert.

We will be removing beach gear early today due to forecasted spike in winds.  Winds are estimated to be 22 to 23 mph inland and in the beach strand itself, 4 to 5 mph higher.  We have strict insurance requirements at certain wind speeds to remove beach items due to beach safety and liability.   Please remember, umbrellas are made for shade and not high winds.   Beach safety trumps all else.   Sorry for any inconvenience.
