July 31st storm and wind speed

There will be no setup today due to the storm this morning causing substantial damage to umbrellas and then subsequent high winds which are measured on the beach, not by apps on your phone. Wind speeds on the beach are always 4 to 5 mph higher than what you see on your phone as those reporting stations are far far away. While the future radar forecast is showing it to clear up after 10 a.m. or so, the winds are our primary concern as that’s where our insurance liability requirements kick in.
