No Setups for 6-20-23 due to forecasted heavy rain

Sorry, but there will be no setups today due to the forecast of Heavy Sporadic Showers/thunderstorms as the morning progresses. We hope the weatherman get’s it right because if they’re wrong then we’re wrong. That being said, we have to err on the side of caution as we don’t want our equipment to go blowing down the beach. Yesterday serves as a perfect example. That storm that literally blew in out of nowhere was pushing all that lightening and wind in front of it during the time our staff was removing equipment and we had umbrellas blowing down the beach and into the dunes, so again, we err on the side of caution. It looks to be one of those days where we’re going to experience on-again/off-again shower activity. We utilize WECT Weather from Wilmington as their forecast is typically spot-on for rain and such.
